You should click on the red square and then hold it.
Move it around and don't touch the blue squares or the black line.
It says if you can make 18 sec you're good.
I just tried it a few minutes and managed 11 sec.
I shall try it again later when I have more time.
It also says that future pilots in the US Air-Force must be able to do this in 2 minutes.
They think so at least they say.
